A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled ride or in cases where weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of riders or horses.
We currently do not offer transportation from hotels to the ranch. Once the booking is made, we can refer trusted taxi drivers we have experience with and who are always on time.
