POWER YOGA

For a dynamic and more challenging yoga practice, Power Flow is your type! This practice combines strength and flexibility, but at a faster pace than a beginner’s class.  It’s excellent for cardiovascular health, increasing oxygen intake, and boosting lung capacity. You’ll define your muscles while strengthening them, as your entire core is engaged throughout the practice. With intermediate to advanced-level poses, this flow will also challenge and improve your flexibility.  It’s the perfect blend of strength and flexibility, working not just your body, but your mind too. Yoga Foundations
